Advice relaxation th: You seem to be anxious about something. Relaxation therapy will help. Breathing exercises are one useful means to relaxation. Seek help from a loving parent or friend. If not getting better, you may need medical check up. Take outdoor walks whenever you can find the time and relax with a focus on your breath. Good luck.

Just a: thought but this sounds like classic "hyperventilation" syndrome usually due to ANXIETY....discuss ,in person, with your PCP (Primary Care Provider!!) There are simple therapies for the problem Hope this is helpful Dr Z
