It's possible that you heart rate and/or blood pressure are relatively low related to the propranolol; this can lead to symptoms that you have mentioned.

Side effects: propranolol can have these as side effects. they are definitely not normal. depending on your medical history, however, you also may get these symptoms just by having, say, hyperthyroidism.
