Side effect: Remember that propranolol is a beta blocker and as such can lower your pulse and blood pressure. Common side effects are dizziness and tiredness. You may need to lower your dose. Consult with your doctor.

It's possible: Though this is quite a significant response. You should review this with your prescribing physician, so that adjustments or an alternative can be made. It's possible that you heart rate and/or blood pressure are relatively low related to the propranolol; this can lead to symptoms that you have mentioned.

Side effects: propranolol can have these as side effects. they are definitely not normal. depending on your medical history, however, you also may get these symptoms just by having, say, hyperthyroidism.
