My mom brought a pill from a pharmacist that is called wondernut about 2 weeks ago. she now has heart palpitations. what can she drink to flush this out of her system? we researched the pill and it's actually toxic

"Wondernut": capsules can have many side effects and should be avoided. As you point out, the active ingredient is toxic in higher doses. That said, your mom's heart palpitations are not likely to be due to a dose taken two weeks ago. She should be evaluated ASAP.

Hard to say but:: It's hard to know if her palpitations are caused by this.This says it can be toxic: https://tinyurl.com/y2yxzxpr But this article says it's widely used and has a long history of safe use in folk medicine: https://tinyurl.com/y5e4bbl7 I see no evidence it helps weight loss but none that it causes palpitations. She might be allergic to it. Drink water,try magnesium,should not stay in her body long.
