In cases of : mild dysplasia of the cervix, observation and repeat paps, after the mentioned colposcope, biopsy, is likely appropriate. Discuss with your doctor to be sure all factors are considered. Stop smoking if you do, and get the HPV vaccine series if not done already.

Monitoring: Antibiotics per se do not treat dysplasia. Depending on the severity of dysplasia, you may need to be just monitored with repeated PAP smears. God forbid, it gets worse, you may need cone resection of the cervix. Do follow your doctor's advice for follow-up tests. Get HPV vaccine, there are other strains of HPV that you are not infected with, yet.
