Is it ok that my uti was caused by enterobacter and not e.coli? not in a hospital and am not immune comprised.

"OK" Especially if : Especially if recurring UTI, investigate for any correctable cause. Cystitis? Or other diagnosis? How treated? Enterobacter is often resistant to antibiotics. The involvement of enterobacter, by itself, does not imply impaired immunity.
