Took 100mg of natrol brand 5 htp. gave me a little upset stomach nothing crazy. a few hours later it triggered my pvcs, gave me muscle twitches. is that related to the 5 htp? if so, can i cut the tab in half or stop completely? first time taking it

Need more info: Did a doctor prescribe it? If so talk to the doctor. If you are taking it on your own, stop it.
