Why are muscles on my legs, stomach, and mostly above the ear twitching? there is no pain but it happens so much it is worrying.

Med history: Metabolic imbalance and electrolyte deficiencies can cause twitching. Also nerve disorders could be a source. Have it checked by your family doctor or orthopedist or rheumatologist as options.
