Hi. my son was stung by a bee 10am yesterday at school he started a fever at 11pm last night. no other symptoms. no redness/swelling at location. calpol not relieving fever.is it possible it is delayed rxn to bee sting? anything else i need to do?

You didn't say what is temperature actually was. High fever is not usually a reaction to a bee sting. Sounds like his symptoms are minimal-no rash, no pain, no difficulty breathing so I wouldn't be concerned.
