2 year old with acute onset petechiae on face and ears. Occassional bruising on back and abdomen. CBC showed WBC at 13,500, neut 35% and lymph 56%. ?
Petechiae on legs, on and off for a few months. Had two normal cbcs (w diff). Only other symptoms are small bruises and occasional blood on stool (seeing a GI for that. Most likely unrelated). Should i continue to worry about the petechiae?
