Not just leukopenia: but also low platelets (thrombocytopenia). If it's been going on for seven weeks, with bruising and achiness, I'd be concerned about either a bone marrow problem or a big spleen problem. A hematologist can run some tests and even a bone marrow biopsy if needed.
