Can not eating cause platelets to drop? i'm normally 120-150k, but wasn't feeling good & hadn't eaten much for a few days due to nausea- result 96k. i rarely dip lower than 110 range. my cbc/bmp was otherwise totally normal.

Platelets : A single lab result is of no consequence and should not be taken on its own. Good Luck
