Hi doctor, i have a six month baby who has just been on antibiotics a week ago( zithromax) however i have seen no improvement he still has symptoms and a wet cough please advice, what should i do?

Difficult to do so: The triggers for such symptoms at that age are often viral, last weeks to a month or more & do not benefit from antibiotics. Without a full review of the child's history, x-rays & exam little can be said.
