8 hours is best!: I’m glad you seem to be tolerating your sleep deprivation thus far. We universally recommend a good 8 hours of sleep per night. Without enough sleep, you could suffer headaches, difficulty concentrating, depression, poor coordination, and higher risk for traffic accidents, etc. try to steal naps when your son naps and check out Weisbluth’s book “Healthy Sleep Habits, Happy Baby.” Happy Mom Day
