A member asked:

According to my fitbit data, i rarely get more than 1 hour of deep sleep (on a 6-7h average sleep time). should i be concerned about it and should i try to increase it?

Depends: How do you feel when you wake up? Are you refreshed? Do you feel sleepy during the day? If you do not have any symptoms of sleep deprivation, you may ignore your fitibit. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex, if you have sex.
