Take him to a doctor: A 3 year old child repeatedly vomits for many reasons. If he is sick, regardless of the cause, one of the symptoms of being ill is vomiting. It could be simply a stomack flu, and may not need immediate medical attention, but it is extremely difficult to tell without examining the child and not knowing the child usual presentation when he is sick. And thus i recommend that you take him to a doctor.
