Had a double fracture of ankle 11 wks ago, had op using pins and plates 9 wks ago. now have swelling in knee and pain in groin. what could this be?

Possible referred: pain from fractures; however you must see your orthopedic surgeon to rule out any post operative infection or hardware malfunction. 11 weeks is too long- vall for an appointment today.
