I had a knee arthroscopy 2 days ago. having lots of tingling in groin, op leg & other leg some. minimal swelling & no pain. did have a scopolamine patch which i removed today. had a steroid shot in or. not taking pain meds.should i go to er?

ER visit is not necessary. I think you should observe those symptoms for now then contact the orthopedist as needed if symptoms get worse.
