What would be the recommend surgry for 6.5 complx cystic lesion r ovary w/thin septations and module. Ultrasound & mri indeterminat ?
Recent tv ultrasound found a complex lesion, non cystic, measuring 1.4cm. My estrone is at 260 pg/ml & total estrogen is over 975pg/ml. MRI showed "normal ovary". Could the MRI have missed the lesion? Or could it have disappeared in 10 days?
