Ive an ingrown hair now for 4 days causing severe swelling and soreness. i cannot see the hair at the site, but i feel the fluid. what should i do?

Ingrown hair: I would start applying warm water compresses. Severe swelling and tenderness would indicate infection and abscess formation. If these symptoms worsen or pus doesn't drain, proceed to the hospital emergency room or a surgeon's office for an incision and drainage procedure.
