Open sore Rx: This open sore in the mons pubis may be a ingrown hair that is now infected. Clip the hairs above the sore and wash the area with an anti bacterial soap like Phisoderm or Hibiclens 3 times daily. If the sore does not heal in 3 days or gets worse see a MD for antibiotics and confirmation of the cause of the open sore.
