Not likely: if your blood pressure is normal, stroke is unlikely.

Become unsedentary: your risk of stroke at your age and no risk factors is minute - but yes, you *could* have one. bricks fall out of the clear sky, too. stay active and try not to worry too much.

Stroke: Stroke is unlikely. Fortunately anxiety and sedentary lifestyle are two conditions that you can control and minimize in your life. Exercising can release endorphins which will reduce your anxiety. Cognitive therapy is great for developing good exercise habits and reducing anxiety. The best years are ahead of you.
