Stroke: Stroke is unlikely. Fortunately anxiety and sedentary lifestyle are two conditions that you can control and minimize in your life. Exercising can release endorphins which will reduce your anxiety. Cognitive therapy is great for developing good exercise habits and reducing anxiety. The best years are ahead of you.
