A member asked:

How long can it take for reversable pulpitis to clear up after filling & what are the symptoms. also how do you know when its irreversible pulpitis?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Pulpitis: You know it's irreversible if it does not become asymptomatic or if the symptoms get worse. It can take anywhere up to a few months to resolve if reversible. Only your Dentist knows the extent of your particular problem, so ask him/her.
