Surgery on the 18th for 2nd fibroid removal. last 5 mins of surgery, pulse went up to 120. in recovery, 120-85 and stayed there. bp 138/85. causes??!

Perception of pain : as anesthesia is decreased, to allow you to wake up. Postop pain as well, can do this.
