My ear has been congested and muffled with mild pain for about 11 days ive tried popping it and it still is muffled & i hear popping sounds, help pls?

Need to be seen: It could just be a cold with Eustachian tube dysfunction.However other possibilities are a middle ear infection vs external ear infection.Been to be seen to see if need antibiotics since having pain.
