Elevated: Your systolic pressure of 122 is slightly elevated. You don’t have high blood pressure but you're within the Elevated category, making it more likely to develop high blood pressure unless you take action. You should adhere to a healthy lifestyle. Eat a well-balanced low salt diet, maintain a healthy weight, get regular physical activity, limit alcohol intake, manage stress & don't smoke.

Probably NOT 122/70: It is more accurate to say your BP WAS 122/70 but it changes moment to moment; if you measure it 20 times today you will get 20 different readings, and the act of taking it often raises it. It makes no sense to make any decisions based on a single reading of 122/70, which I consider to be fine. If you are worried get a home BP cuff and measure periodically but that is not really necessary.
