No: There has to be a reason for teeth moving. Perhaps gum disease with bone loss. Perhaps unstable malocclusion. Perhaps systemic problem. If 2 teeth are shifting, many other teeth may be involved. See an orthodontist, a specialist in tooth position and function, for an opinion.

Gum disease?: Since you are 19 years old, it is unlikely to be a gum disease issue. Did you have trauma to the front teeth. You need an x-ray to determine if there is bone loss or infection that is causing this.

Not clear: Who is taking out your 2 front teeth? Are they falling out by themselves or is a dentist removing them? I think you are referring to bonding of your teeth? It is not clear what you need to know?
