Uterine mass ?: The dimensions of a "mass on the anterior myometrial wall" is basically a one inch diameter "fibroid" noted on ultrasound, and has very little of significance related to fertility issues. "Fibroids" are benign smooth muscle tumors, and on the exterior wall of the uterus, do not interfere with pregnancy or fertility. Ask your gyn about a hysterosalpingogram, which deals with tubal obstruction.
