A member asked:

My whole abdomen utz says that on my left adnexa, there is a fairly-defined isoechoic mass measuring 4.6x4.2x4.2cm. can i still get pregnant?

You probably can: If you are healthy, have normal tubes and ovaries, ovulate regularly and have penile-vaginal intercourse with a healthy fertile man, you are likely to get spontaneously pregnant despite the presence of a left 4cm structure which is perhaps a transient benign ovarian cyst. A follow up sonogram in 1 or 2 months may help reassure you further.
