Urgent Care Exam!: Please go to an Urgent Care center or Emergency Room for immediate evaluation. What you describe could be the flu & treatment to shorten the course and lessen the symptoms is possible for the flu if done quickly enough. Other possible illnesses are also possible such as food poisoning or other infectious diseases. Supportive care with rest & fluids is essential in the meantime. Best of luck!
