Hi, i was very ill today and yesterday, worse last night, with chills, feverish, body aches, headache, nausea, feeling weak and diarrhea. normally i'd just think it's a stomach bug but i was in a high risk malaria area more than 10 days ago?

Altho there is very little malaria where you describe, it could happen. Any fever in a patient coming out of a malaria area must be investigated for malaria, as well as other tropical diseases. Even tho it may be nothing, please consider chikungunya, West Nile virus, hepatitis, arborvirus, STDs, schistosomiasis, COVID and many others others! You need to be evaluated by a competent MD, and soon!
