I am having a bad stomach diarrhea and body aches no fever that i know of do i need to go see a doc?

Belly pain /diarrhea: For how many days ? how much diarrhea? where is the pain ? Can you drink? if you vomit all you drink - go now as you can get dehydrated, if you have > 7 bowel movements a day go now - will dehydrate , if the pain in right lower side may be appendix -go now . If can not walk upright go now. If gastroenteritis and you can drink , but lasts > 48 hours get evaluated f/u w/ doc
