Viral enteritis: This sounds as if you may have a viral gastroenteritis or flu-like syndrome, but there is no way to prove this without a full history and physical exam and possibly labs. If you continue getting weaker, cannot hold fluids down or other problems arise, please go and see a doctor. Good luck an hope you are better soon.
