Too many things: You have mentioned many things, and I am sorry you are suffering with them. For your lungs to feel restricted and be tight however, asthma and allergies (exacerbated by anxiety) seem to be the only pertinent conditions to look at for an explanation. Good luck!

I hope you: Are already under the care of a physician. First of all you want to control your asthma and allergies as well as your anxiety attacks. You need counselling and prescription medications.Please go see your doctor.
