No cause for concern: You probably have some "erosion" or "ectropion" of your cervix which are usually benign /transient changes most likely due to the presence of some "columnar epithelium" extending from your endocervical canal onto the outer part of your cervix. The "red dots" may represent "glandular spots" often called Nabothian follicles. Consult your clinician for confirmation and more reassurance if needed.
