OK,not best,unlikely: ZInc sulfate is an OK form of zinc to take but other forms are better absorbed, esp. zinc picolinate or orotate. While high amounts of zinc can cause copper deficiency a dose of 10mg is unlikely to. However, to err on the side of caution consider a supplement that also has copper, in a ratio of 10-15 parts zinc to 1 part copper.
