Would 10mg zinc daily cause a copper deficiency long term? is this safe to take long term without inducing a copper deficiency?

Zinc copper: I know of no evidence that that taking zinc helps anything other that to lighten your billfold. Avoid all supplements is my advice. There is no regulation of what goes in them.
