Some basics: First accept the basic fact that this is a relatively benign finding of a slow growing tumor that you could live a long natural life & never have any complications from. It may have been present for decades & is NOTHING LIKE THE TUMOR JOHN MC CAIN HAD. Please schedule a visit with a knowledgeable doc to explain the findings. The importance of this tumor depends on where it is & how fast it grows
