Shouldn't cross over: Symptoms are not on the opposite side of the body until you pass the neck region, so if you have a right meningioma, the facial symptoms should be on the SAME side. Something is not making sense here, and I recommend you see a neurologist and be re-evaluated as to what really is causing your symptoms. Ask neurologist: It's hard to know if the symptoms are related to the meningioma. It depends on the location. If it were located near area of motor cortex controlling the face, it's possible it could trigger an occasional focal seizure. Sounds like a good question for the neurologist.
