Many causes ulnar pn: Hi, I am sorry to hear you are in pain. Certainly fracture and bone bruising can be a source of pain, but since there is no injury let's consider some other pathologies: TFCC (triangular fibrocartilage) tear ulnar impaction syndrome ulnar impingement syndrome ulnar styloid impaction syndrome hamatolunate impingement Tendon disease An MRI read by a MSK radiologist can sort these out for you.
