Hairline fracture of wrist 26 yrs ago. no recent trauma but hurts when i move it, not swollen. what could cause the pain? what can i do to lessen it?

So it says you are : 41. So at age 15 you had a hairline fracture . If it was your scaphoid then you need to get it checked out as you could easily have a nonunion, malunion and arthritis change. But that is not a definitive c thing just a chance.
If it were just a simple hairline fracture in your radius odds are it had nothing to do with the current issue. But pain wiht motion all the time bears getting evaluated.

Not enough info: Your info isn't specific enough. Where does it hurt? When does it hurt? Did you have an accident? What is the pain like - burning, stabbing, electricity, ache? What lessens the pain?
