Maybe: Yes, could be due to pressure on the nerves due to swelling. The bigger issue at the moment is that you have swelling which is likely from a fracture. So, if not done so already, you need to get an x-ray and probably have an orthopedic doctor check it out. Most orthopedic offices have an acute care clinic for problems like yours.
