What could cause right ulnar sided wrist pain without trauma/injury? accompanied by occasional ring and pinkie finger numbness and loss of grip strength/pain with grasping things. movement causes pain and clicking sound.

Several,sources: We often don’t sense injury from gripping too,tightly, and then later we notice pain. More concerning is the numbness, and that should be evaluated by a doctor to determine if there is entrapment of a nerve, or other problem.
