When shopping for fruits, buy small ones no bigger than a tennis ball, because fruits have sugar. Drinks without calories include water and green tea. One kilo a week is a lot. Aim for half-kilo a week. Must take in fewer calories.

Some basics: 4 kilos would equate to ~26,400 calories. If you divide that by 30 days you come up with 880 calories /day that would need to be burned off by exercise &/or deleted from your diet to reach that goal. If you had an average of 1800 cal/d need you would need to cut that intake in half. This rarely works in the long run. See your doc & a dietitian to come up with a realistic plan.
