How can i lose 4 kilos in one month?

See Dr., and then...: Helpful weight loss diets have natural foods that take time to chew but have few calories. Examples include carrots, celery, and leafy lettuce (little or no dressing). When shopping for fruits, buy small ones no bigger than a tennis ball, because fruits have sugar. Drinks without calories include water and green tea. One kilo a week is a lot. Aim for half-kilo a week. Must take in fewer calories.

Some basics: 4 kilos would equate to ~26,400 calories. If you divide that by 30 days you come up with 880 calories /day that would need to be burned off by exercise &/or deleted from your diet to reach that goal. If you had an average of 1800 cal/d need you would need to cut that intake in half. This rarely works in the long run. See your doc & a dietitian to come up with a realistic plan.
