Agree with Dr. M: Therapy and medications will help. It is hard to get going but exercise will do you a world of good. Try to do it first thing in the morning. Any exercise will do. Walking. stationary bile. treadmill, elliptical, and jogging etc. Exercise is as effective as medications for mild to moderate depression.
