What I think....: You need to do at least a course of CBT psychotherapy. Anxiety and lonely, sad feelings are most successfully treated by a combo of skills to manage the symptoms and understanding of how they work for and against you. The pills may help for severe or short term symptom reduction but handling things better is a good goal!
