High heart rate : Normally the heart rate lowers as we sleep. High heart rate while sleeping can be the result of several issues. Often I see this with patients with sleep apnea. Their sleep is disturbed from obstruction of the throat which occurs while sleeping. Sleep apnea is something concerning. You need to speak to your doctor.
