PCOS? : In cases of documented PCOS, the LH/FSH ratio can be 1.75/1, because the LH value is slightly elevated beyond normal, and is appropriate for a non-ovulating female with PCOS, if the FSH level is not menopausal (i.e., over 10). If you have a pituitary tumor which is not affecting pituitary releasing factors, your LH/FSH ratio would be similar to the numbers given.
