A member asked:

Is it possible for a pituitary tumor to secrete lh, enough to cause amenorrhea & mild hypergonadism & possibly later on symptoms of pcos too?

Atypical : Pituitary tumors often secrete Prolactin. LH secreting tumors exist but are very rare. PCOS causing an elevated LH, amenorrhea and hypergonadism is a more likely scenario than an LH tumor causing PCOS
