MPA shows fusiform aneurysm (31mm). Branch pulmonary arteries do also. IVC shows dilation at 37mm. Results were via a cardiac MRI. HX of cardiac paraganglioma and hypertension (tumor removed/ medicated for BP). Is this pulmonary hypertension?
