MPA shows fusiform aneurysm (31mm). Branch pulmonary arteries do also. IVC shows dilation at 37mm. Results were via a cardiac MRI. HX of cardiac paraganglioma and hypertension (tumor removed/ medicated for BP). Is this pulmonary hypertension?
MRI was read, it said 'There is fusiform prominence of the left vertebral artery deforming the left side of the cervical medullary junction....
Fell & hit head/neck on stair edge. Experiencing PCS. Right Internal Carotid artery shows elevated sys/dias & no plaque. Caused by trauma or unrelated?
