You are afraid: You may have good reason or not, but i think your doctors can help you understand your conditions or lack of disease better. Ask them for information that is clear to you and also for a referral to a therapist to help you manage your disease anxiety. Understanding = help. If possible, avoid meds that will have side effects as they may just add to your worries. Best wishes.
